Sale of electric stationary chain hoists in Poland
Electric chain hoists are a type of lifting equipment driven by an electric motor that operates from a 1-phase or 3-phase network with a corresponding voltage of 220 V and 380 V.
Stationary electric hoists, unlike mobile electric hoists, do not have a movement mechanism, so they work only for lifting and lowering the load.
To use the electric hoist, you must first suspend the lifting device with a hook from a strong load-bearing element of the building or structure (beam, truss, support). The electric chain hoist is controlled by a control panel, which is very convenient and safe, since the operator can simultaneously control the device and stay outside the zone of possible load fall at a distance limited by the length of the electric cable. The load lifting speed of electric stationary electric hoists is significantly higher than that of hand chain hoists, which ensures higher productivity of repair, installation or construction work.
Stationary electric hoists are used for lifting and lowering materials and tools to the upper floors of a multi-storey building under construction, installing metal structures, repairing industrial equipment, unloading/loading vehicles, and other production tasks. Due to its light weight, electric hoists can be easily moved to another location.
Types and main characteristics of electric chain hoists
Stationary hoists are distinguished based on the voltage source
Three-phase. They are connected to a 380 V network with a frequency of 50 Hz. They have one constant lifting speed in the range of 2.7 - 8.8 ms (depending on the load capacity of the hoist). The standard lifting height of stationary electric hoists is 3 or 6 meters. Three-phase electric hoists are designed for industrial operation and intensive use.
Single-phase. They are connected to a 220 V network. Also single-speed, the speed of lifting the load is in the range of 2.4 - 8.3 ms (depending on the load capacity of the hoist).
The higher the load capacity of the electric hoist, the lower its lifting speed. Typically, single-phase electric hoists come with an aluminum body. For long-term and reliable operation of electric chain hoists, the hoist is protected against overload and overheating. Single-phase electric hoists are used in warehouses, metal warehouses, hangars, repair yards, garages and other facilities where 220 V is used. The standard lifting height of single-phase chain hoists is 3 or 6 meters.
The catalog of the online store “Rigging Systems” presents branded stationary electric chain hoists with a lifting capacity of 0.5 to 5 tons from the well-known brand ABLE (USA).
Spare remote controls for hoists are also available. The main technical characteristics of the lifting equipment are shown in the table. You can place an order yourself through the basket or by phone. We deliver electric chain hoists throughout Poland.
